If you purchase a paid service, relevant billing and transaction information may be processed by Lumofy and its authorized payment providers. Full payment-card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment processor.

We process information to provide and operate Genio; create and manage accounts; process prompts, documents, and other inputs; generate requested AI-powered outputs; personalize the user experience; provide customer support; manage subscriptions and payments; maintain security and prevent misuse; monitor performance and improve the service; communicate important product or account information; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3Your Content and AI Processing
Content you submit to Genio may be processed using AI technologies in order to provide the features you request.
This may include processing prompts, documents, business information, training requirements, and other inputs to generate course structures, learning content, assessments, images, narration, translations, or related outputs.
Lumofy processes this information for the purpose of providing, operating, securing, supporting, and improving Genio in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
You should only upload personal information, confidential information, or third-party materials when you are authorized to do so and where an appropriate legal basis exists.

Lumofy does not sell your personal information for third-party advertising.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers that help Lumofy operate Genio, such as cloud infrastructure providers, AI technology providers, analytics and advertising-measurement services, communication providers, customer-support systems, and payment processors.

Genio is primarily intended for professional and business use and is not designed for children to create independent accounts.
